To be eligible for a return, your home goods or household accessory must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, manuals (if applicable), and any included accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our home goods are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund whenever appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
